CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations: We kindly require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in a $15 fee added to your next appointment, including no-call/no-show appointments. Late Policy Please notify us as soon as possible if you are running late. We allow a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will need to be rescheduled to ensure we stay on schedule for all clients. Need a later appointment?
